Begin with a Comprehensive Consultation

Our work begins with time—time to understand your history, your symptoms, your goals, and the patterns that may be contributing to your health.
Your initial consultation includes:
A detailed review of your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, medications, supplements, and previous testing
60+ minutes together, in person (Brentwood, TN) or by telehealth
A thoughtful, individualized plan for next steps, including additional testing when appropriate
30 days of direct communication and physician access following your visit, so questions can be answered, results and recommendations clarified, and loose ends tied up
This isn't a rushed consultation followed by a list of instructions. The 30 days following your visit are part of the process, giving us space to make sure you understand your plan and know how to move forward.
HSA funds may be used for eligible medical expenses. Upon request, I can also provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement or credit toward your deductible. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan.
Continuing Care, Your Way
After your initial consultation, you may choose to continue working with me through a tiered direct-care membership.
Not everyone needs the same level of medical care. Some patients need only a few thoughtful check-ins each year; others benefit from closer follow-up and greater access. Membership allows you to choose the level of support that fits your health and your life.
Plans begin at $65/month and range from twice-yearly physician visits to concierge-level care with twice-monthly visits and expanded access.
Every membership is designed around the same principle: direct, unhurried access to your physician, with more time for your care and fewer barriers between us.
Patient Memberships
Light
$65/month · 2 visits per year
For patients who are doing well and want to maintain an ongoing relationship with a physician they can reach when needed.
Light provides two 30-minute visits each year, along with secure portal access between appointments. It's an ideal fit for stable conditions, periodic lab review, medication management, or simply having a trusted endocrinologist who already knows you and your history.
Best for: Independent patients who need occasional guidance but value having an established physician relationship and direct access when questions arise.
Additional visits: $100 each
Quarterly
$90/month · 4 visits per year
For patients who benefit from a little more continuity.
Quarterly visits give us a natural rhythm for reviewing symptoms, labs, medications, supplements, and progress throughout the year—while portal access means you don't have to save every question for your next appointment.
This level works especially well when we're actively refining a treatment plan or following a condition that deserves regular attention without requiring monthly visits.
Best for: Patients who want consistent physician oversight and enough access to adjust course as their health evolves.

Standard
$150/month · 1 visit per month
For patients who want a more active partnership in their care.
Monthly 30-minute visits give us the time and continuity to work through more complex concerns, follow response to treatment, review new information, and make thoughtful adjustments along the way.
Rather than waiting months between appointments—or trying to address everything in a single visit—we can work iteratively, responding to what your body is telling us in real time.
Best for: Patients with more complex health concerns, those actively working through a treatment plan, or anyone who values regular access and close collaboration with their physician.
Additional visits: $100 each
Concierge
$300/month · 2 visits per month
The highest level of access.
Concierge care is designed for patients who want their physician closely involved in their health.
You'll have up to two 30-minute visits each month, available by telehealth, in person, or as a home visit when appropriate and within the service area. In addition to secure portal messaging, Concierge members receive direct phone access for a more immediate and personal connection when something needs attention.
This level creates the greatest flexibility to follow changes closely, address questions as they arise, and adapt your care without waiting weeks or months for another appointment.
Best for: Patients navigating complex or changing health concerns—or those who simply place a high value on exceptional physician access, continuity, and convenience.
Additional visits: $100 each
